My country home isn't as "country" as I would like it, but there are no city taxes. The Alton Police Department has taken it upon itself to change our speed limit and write tickets but informed my neighbor that we are "not in their jurisdiction" when it comes to checking on someone who has followed her home. They haven't been in on any of the drug busts across the road, only the Sheriff's Department, so evidently only the road is in their jurisdiction. I am currently looking into getting them OFF our road and back to their own area, Alton.
On another note......here are a few pictures that I don't know if they look as bad in a picture as they do live?

Now, my pasture doesn't look too hot either but I feed to my one horse, what they feed to 3.
As you can see, she looks pretty good or I think she does.
Don't think you can count any ribs on her!I"m just saying.....if you are going to have an animal....take care of it or give it away but don't starve it and mistreat it. Oh, by the way, my horse Abbey is older.
